Quarterly Maintenance Program

This is our most popular service.  Seniors and others that need a little help subscribe to this service to simplify home maintenance and provide assistance for everyday tasks that require bending, stooping and climbing,  The Quarterly Maintenance Program includes a half hour of time for miscellaneous tasks, so keep a list and know that Lighthouse will be there each quarter to help you out. The cost of the Quarterly Maintenance Program is $175 per quarter.

Spring Service

  1. Replace HVAC filter

  2. Check smoke and CO2 alarms. Replace batteries, if required.

  3. Check irrigation system

  4. Pressure wash hardscape

 5.   Half hour of miscellaneous tasks needed by resident

Fall Service

  1. Replace HVAC filter

  2. Check smoke and CO2 alarms. Replace batteries, if required.

  3. Check irrigation system

  4. Clean rain gutters

 5.  Half hour of miscellaneous tasks needed by resident

Summer Service

  1. Replace HVAC filter

  2. Check irrigation system

  3. Clean ceiling fans

  4. High dusting

  5. Perform home safety inspection and provide recommendations

  6. Half hour of miscellaneous tasks needed by resident

Winter Service

  1. Replace HVAC filter

  2. Check irrigation system

  3. Put up/Take down Christmas tree

  4. ​Pull Christmas decorations and place where you can access them

  5. Half hour of miscellaneous tasks needed by resident
